1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is JARMAT S.C., 34-235 Bystra Podhalańska 629, Poland (the “Controller”).
For any matter concerning personal data you can contact us by e-mail:
jarmat1@onet.pl,
by phone: +48 600 377 173 or by post at our registered address.
2. What data we process
We process the data you give us through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone:
- first and last name,
- e-mail address and phone number,
- location of the planned investment and the content of your message,
- any other information you choose to include in your inquiry.
When the form is sent we also store the IP address and the time of sending — used only to protect the form
against spam and abuse. Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your inquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- answering your inquiry, preparing a quote and further correspondence — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling inquiries),
- protecting the form against spam and abuse (IP address) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- visit statistics in Google Analytics — only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
- establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
4. How long we keep data
- inquiry data — for the duration of the correspondence and then until any possible claims become time-barred, or until you object,
- IP addresses stored for spam protection — as long as needed for that protection,
- Google Analytics statistics — 14 months,
- data processed on the basis of consent — until you withdraw it.
5. Recipients
We do not sell data. It may only be received by those who help us run the website:
- our hosting provider, whose servers run the website and store inquiries,
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics (only after consent) and the Google Maps map embedded on the home page,
- providers of files needed to display the website (Google Fonts, icons from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, styles from cdn.tailwindcss.com) — they receive your IP address when the page loads,
- public authorities — where we are legally obliged to disclose data.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Google and some file providers may also process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European
Commission's decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses the following cookies and browser storage:
- lang (essential cookie, 12 months) — remembers the selected language,
- jarmat_consent (browser storage, no expiry) — remembers your choice about analytics cookies,
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics cookies, up to 2 years) — set only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner.
Until you consent, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode and sets no cookies. You can change your choice
at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- have your data rectified,
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
To exercise your rights, write to jarmat1@onet.pl.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction,
including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to the inquiry panel. We do not make automated
decisions or profile users.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always available
on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
